Public Documents

The revised Farmton Local Plan for Brevard County was adopted on December 21, 2010.  The Farmton Local Plan for Volusia County was adopted through a settlement agreement on March 17, 2011 and remedial amendments on April 7, 2011.

Both Brevard and Volusia Plans have been held in compliance by the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA).  It has been called a model for long term-large scale planning and sustainable development by the DCA.
